I always take my car to direct autos. The service they provide is fast, efficient, and most importantly very friendly. Everyone who works at direct autos are extremely welcoming, especially Karen on the front desk, and Ross and the other technicians. Who goes above and beyond to ensure customer experience is the best it can be.



There are first class mechanics in this garage I took a Nissan Qashqai with a shocking leak and an engine that jumps, needing MOT and service.. 2 Nissan main dealers and 3 other garages were unable to fix the engine jumping charging me for things that had no effect Direct Auto mechanics stripped the engine , fitted about 10 new seals , diagnosed a worn variable valve timing actuator A few days later in runs like a dream, no jumping, no leak, fully serviced and 12 month MOT Highly recommend



Cracking company sorted my glow plugs out without any hassle, they were well rusted right in, but they got them out with little fuss, saving me hundreds of pounds. Would highly recommend them
